Who We Are
IV Consulting was founded in Laguna Hills in 2004 and
has over 43 years of combined experience in Architecture and Construction with a focus on large scale complex commercial projects which includes Hospitals (I-2 occ. / HCAI), various University Building's which include Hospitals, Medical Research Labs, Biosafety Reserach, Vivariums, Classrooms, Auditoriums, Housing (Hgh-Rise and Low-Rise), Administration, Athletic Facilities, and Cogen Plants, along with other servicing other clients and Architects with Airport expertise, Medical Facilities, Correctional Facilities, Offices, Hospitality, etc.
We have additional long term experience with large scale multifamily type projects (including Podium & garage wrap concepts), College, and K-12 educational schools.
(Nationwide, Guam, Canada, County, City, and DSA reviewed projects.)
Our approach has always been to create a strong personal relationship with our Clients, and to provide them with the highest level of service they have received to date. - Focus is on the Building, Fire, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Existing Building, Administrative, Energy, Elevator Code including all pertinent NFPA Codes.
We have primarily been providing Code services for projects in Northern & Southern California, Texas, New York City, Alaska, Nevada, and Canada.
